Yes I have had a couple of head injuries in my 74 years after birth, but I do realize my body is over 75 years old since conception. My personal brain navigating as me vs people minding ideas life exceeds their time alive pretending now isn't eternity since birth.
I am actually sorry you suffered injuries.
I have known more than a few people IRL with some troubles of a similar nature.
That being said, this is after all a brutal environment to expect special treatment.
